Having led Agencies for over 15 years – including the highly successful Taxi Studio here in Bristol – I now advise fast-growing, ambitious agencies on their strategies; positioning; leadership and business management. This can be as a one-off project to create alignment and a Vision for the owners; to provide an objective audit of current business performance and improvements; or to give ongoing advice and support as a coach or Non Exec.
