Activation and Gibe are delighted to announce the launch of Bristol Sport’s new website -

Following a competitive pitch, the two agencies worked together to handle the Bristol Sport brief to redevelop and grow the digital presence for the organisation. The website is the first of many digital activities planned for the coming years.

Activation and Gibe teamed up to handle the strategic, creative and technical response for Bristol Sport.  The two Bristol-based agencies regularly work together, offering clients a strong set of capabilities through the combination of expertise in digital marketing and digital technology.

Founded in 2012 Bristol Sport is a pioneer brand that is being launched across the region.  Bristol Sport was formed with the vision to inspire sport in Bristol and beyond.

Bristol Sport supports the stable of clubs managed by Stephen Lansdown. As such, Bristol Sport will project manage the rebuild of the new stadium and oversee all aspects of commercial operations for its Clubs and affiliates.

The website will play a vital role in launching the brand.  With a new website and wider digital marketing initiatives, Bristol Sport will be able to engage with its target audience; increase awareness and understanding of the brand, building their community and integrating with existing websites to bring life to the brand, and enable the community to share their Bristol Sport experiences with their friends

Commenting on the appointment, Andrew Billingham CEO of Bristol Sport said  ‘Activation and Gibe were our ‘first team’ selection, they demonstrated their passion for the brief and the Bristol Sport brand, and supported this with sound strategy, excellent creative and solid technical recommendations.’
