Established in 1979 and based in London and Bristol (since 2015), VMI is one of the success stories of the new generation of Digital facilities companies and today a major supplier of camera equipment in the UK for all genres.
We have a wide range of cameras for hire including Phantom VEO Super slow motion, Canon ME20 Super low light, Sony Venice, RED Gemini and RED Helium etc. We carry large sensor and documentary cameras of all formats.
Our Bristol branch carries specialist grip and lenses specifically suited to Natural History production and equipment is supplemented from the full range of the London branch.
VMI’s product range also includes lighting, grip & sound to support location productions.

Gary Davis
VMI Bristol branch is run by Branch Manager Gary Davis, who joined VMI in 2007, after a freelance production career in Dubai and the Middle East. He relocated to Bristol in 2015.
