The way strategic planning works varies from agency to agency, even from one planner to another, so much depends on culture, skills, Client scope of work, size of Agency and future ambitions of the Agency. Understanding consumer or customer motivations is changing more quickly than ever and relying on assumptions or intuition is becoming harder – technology, social values, health, social media, attitudinal motivations, working ethics etc. We’ve been monitoring culture, economic and social trends throughout the years, helping us to contextualise much of these insights on brands, consumers and markets. It is why we love talking to consumers every day.
