Fat Media has landed
We’ve landed in the city centre with a brand new nautical-themed office for its growing team of expert Fatties. Our agency has seen incredible growth over the last year, and we’ve invested in a 5,000 sq foot office right in the heart of Bristol’s vibrant and creative sector on Wine Street.
The office has taken a fun take on the city’s nautical past, with seaside themed workspaces, beach hut meeting rooms, a pirate flag, barrel bar and a ship’s bow in the staff lunch area, designed to create a vibrant and creative atmosphere for the Fatties.
John French, managing director at Fat Media, said: “We wanted to create this space to not only accommodate our growing team but to continue to reflect Fat Media’s personality with a vibrant, creative and engaging theme. The working culture at Fat Media is extremely important, as it plays a huge part in what we deliver as an agency. The new office allows for a more relaxed environment for all our current employees and new graduates to get stuck into some of the fantastic work we do here.”
The project, which began earlier this year, sourced materials from local shipyards, sellers, and up-cycled second-hand purchases.
John added: “I am hugely proud to officially announce the opening of our new Bristol office. To see the office change from an empty white room to the amazing nautical-themed space it is today is a credit to all of those who were involved. It was great to see people come together at the end with paintbrushes, sandpaper and hammers to put the finishing touches together.”
