Six way pitch sees Bristol based agency appointed

International legal practice Osborne Clarke appoints Proctor + Stevenson as lead digital agency

Bristol, UK:  Bristol-based agency, Proctor + Stevenson, has won a competitive pitch to be appointed as Osborne Clarke’s lead digital agency. The 24-month contract will begin at the start of this month and includes all hosting and maintenance, as well as the development of their brand experience in the digital space.

Osborne Clarke is an international legal practice with 24 offices, across the world with more than 1,000 employees and over 225 expert partners worldwide. Having been the first to take a sector-based approach in 2010, Osborne Clarke is  renowned for its innovative approach and unstuffy culture. They work internationally with a broad client base to provide legal expertise across eight key sectors:

  • digital business
  • energy and utilities
  • financial services
  • life sciences and healthcare
  • real estate and infrastructure
  • recruitment
  • retail and consumer
  • transport and automotive

The pitch was started in January:

  • A number of agencies were approached to discuss their suitability
  • A shortlist of six was subsequently asked to develop proposals against a specific brief
  • Four were invited to present to Osborne Clarke’s brand and communications team
  • In the end, only three agencies presented face-to-face at the end of March
  • Proctor + Stevenson emerged as the clear choice
