Take part in this short survey looking at creative leadership

Melanie Cook, Strategy Lead for Sapient Nitro SapientNitro South East Asia, will be the opening keynote on Day 2 of this year’s Vision Conference.  Melanie has teamed-up with the Economist Intelligence Unit to find out what people in the creative sector want from their bosses.

Melanie says: “Four out of five people in the creative industries don’t rate their leaders highly. Leading people is hard, especially as the Creative space has utterly transformed in the last decade; but we can do better than this. Talent is the most important ingredient in our people-driven business. As an industry we are bloody good at our craft, but we’re not renowned for leadership. We've seen Agencies – from small independents to large network agencies – fail their people. I have been one of them, and I suspect we all have felt this at one point or another in our careers”.

In an industry first Melanie wants to run a study amongst our creative sector to find out what Creatives really want and need from their leaders.

Please take part in the study, and ask others in your Agency or organisation to do the same. Just click here: http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/2690356/Vision2016.  Melanie and the team will then crunch the numbers and the results will be presented in her talk at Vision and also online.

As a Vision exclusive, if more than 50 people complete the study from one organisation, Melanie will do a bespoke analysis for them.
