Role Summary

vouchercloud is looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our growing, award winning UK Affiliate Team. As an Account Executive you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of mid-tier clients on a day-to-day basis. The role will include sourcing exclusive content for our UK website, and mobile app, while ensuring merchant pages are optimised and kept up to date with the latest content. As an Account Executive you will need to be confident, personable with a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Effectively manage and grow a large portfolio of UK clients
  • Develop and manage relationships with small to mid tier brands, affiliate networks and agencies.
  • Sell in and up-sell exposure placements
  • Create persuasive and strategic proposals to deliver growth
  • Develop and understand the client’s long and short term marketing objectives, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and performance
  • Communicate in a professional and timely manner with brands and networks
  • Complete daily audits to ensure content featured is optimised and aligned to account strategy
  • Manage and execute client campaigns to deliver maximum value and ROI for the business and partners
  • Manage client expectations on campaign performance
  • Complete regular offer performance reviews and forecasts
  • Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports and client presentations
  • Proactively develop a deep understanding of the affiliate industry and key trends


  • Deliver weekly reports and updates on portfolio growth and effectiveness of campaign management
  • Utilise Google analytics, network data and market insight to deliver post campaign reports
  • Identify and report on weekly and monthly fluctuations within portfolio
  • Attend and prepare updates for the weekly affiliate meeting
  • Report on competitor activity for brands within portfolio

  • Experience of managing relationships and delivering campaigns in line with KPI’s
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, with a sharp eye for attention to detail
  • Confident, with strong interpersonal skills in a client facing situation
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire for continuous personal improvement
  • Passion for digital marketing
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, SEO and PPC
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • A great team player
