Job description

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple creative or content based projects within a wider programme of work. Our producers need to balance the project management elements such as managing scope, timings and budget with the commercial aspect (i.e. spotting new opportunities and understanding whether the project deliverables sit correctly within the wider programme of work).


  • Briefing in and managing creative teams, strategy, UX, visual design etc.
  • Able to balance structure and rigid of delivery with getting things done.
  • Communicating authoritatively regarding creative and production issues and solutions.
  • Work with the project team to define the scope of projects, producing and managing project plans, budgets and specifications.
  • Ensure ideas are realistic and achievable and seek to find the best solution within time and budget.
  • Project manage and deliver continual work (i.e. eCRM and campaign work).
  • Monitor performance, timelines and budgets and report on these regularly to the account lead.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues across a project and be able to escalate where required along with resolving/minimising issues where required with the project team.
  • Identify and resolve issues before they arise.
  • Facilitate continual process review sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with other agency teams, including creative, strategy, UX and design teams to ensure the best result for your projects.

Person specification

  • Minimum 1 year digital agency experience
  • Ability to multitask a fast moving environment while maintaining a calm manner.
  • Embrace and manage change as it materialises throughout a project. There is no point in worrying about it just recognise it will happen and embrace it.
  • Ability to identify potential issues/risks and manage them accordingly.
  • Project management ethos, with some practical experience creating and managing documentation
  • Problem solving/ troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines.
  • A solutions-focussed attitude regarding of the circumstance.
  • A firm yet fair mantra which people trust but also respects their feedback.
