Job description

The customer service agent will support the account team with the day-to-day running of the client account. They will research and prepare project documentation and analysis, and liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal project delivery. 

Main responsibilities

  • Support the account team with the day-to-day running of the client account
  • Assist in taking client briefs
  • Carry out research for existing projects and for new business
  • Research and prepare project documentation, presentations, analysis and reports
  • Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate internal project teams and third-party suppliers
  • Assist in scheduling resource time effectively
  • Carry out account administration as required, including but not limited to, note-taking, booking meetings and drafting agendas
  • Keep Timezone up to date with project information and ensure all timesheets are current
  • Take on ad hoc tasks in support of the account management team as required

Person specification

  • Educated to degree level 
  • Comprehensive understanding and passion for digital and social media, web analytics and SEO 
  • Ability to conduct research and present back findings coherently 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment 
  • Initiative and self-motivation 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong MS Excel and Word experience 
  • Confident communication skills
