We have an exciting new opportunity for an Account Manager to join our AccountingWEB Team (www.accountingweb.co.uk). This is a key role in delivering the campaign results that our clients want. You’ll also be responsible for leading the client delivery team to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently to deliver our client campaigns from concept to completion.

With a digital and data-driven mindset, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering existing client campaigns that achieve their goals, support our client growth objectives and deliver a high quality marketing service. For prospective clients, you’ll work closely with the sales team to clarify client needs and support them with the production of compelling, fit-for-purpose campaign proposals to help convert sales opportunities into bookings.

You will work within the AccountingWEB team, applying marketing skills and industry specific knowledge to enhance campaign creative and deliverables. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, including sales and editorial, and production teams.  

 

Person specification

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have excellent customer service and client facing skills, ideally honed in an agency/digital media environment, but this isn’t essential.  You’ll be creative, proactive and have a real appetite for continuously learning and improving. You’ll also have solid communication skills to help you build rapport with clients and liaise with colleagues to resolve or escalate client issues, so your team working skills will also be key.
