Job description

An Internal Communications Manager is required to join our Communications team in central Bristol on a permanent basis.

What The  Internal Communications Manager Job Involves:

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you’ll be driving the development and delivery of our internal communications programme which aims to inform, engage, inspire and celebrate our employees.

You’ll be:

  • Executing effective communications via various channels including the intranet, digital screens, face-to-face and internal social media
  • Managing the internal communications for several business projects / campaigns
  • Managing the delivery of key engagement events
  • Taking an active role in the management of the crisis communications plan

What We Look For In You:

Although you may not have worked in our sector before, you will be passionate about engaging and communicating with others through a variety of channels and media. It’s important to us that you have:

  • Expertise in internal communications and employee engagement
  • Experience of running proactive and integrated internal communications campaigns
  • The ability to take a creative and strategic approach
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Outstanding writing and proof reading skills with great accuracy and attention to detail
