This newly appointed role, reporting to the CTO, will play a key part in helping the data team to raise the profile of data across the organisation, spotting trends and insight to support our business goals.

You would be responsible for creating and implementing data models and solving complex business problems through data mining and visualisation. Developing standards for best practice reporting, you would gather, analyse and document reporting requirements for the business and our clients, and measure/report on product performance and business KPIs.



Person specification

Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent in experience), you will already have experience within a BI role working with data models, presentation layers and application layers. You will also have an understanding of SQL, Python and Redshift. Knowledge of R is desirable, but not essential.

With great attention to detail, a positive attitude and passion for problem solving/solution finding, you will also be a strong team player – able to influence and work effectively in a fast paced environment and collaborate with all teams across Sift.
