We’re two award-winning, Bristol-based travel companies on an epic journey. Our mission is to make the world a richer place to explore, by helping our Guests to discover new experiences, to feel inspired and energised, and of course to have a whole lot of fun too.

We’re on the hunt for a brilliant designer with a passion for creativity who is fired up by the idea of owning and growing two amazing travel brands. You’ll be happy working from concept through execution, delivering brilliant designs for projects from more intricate conceptual campaigns to exciting UX and quick changes. You'll love digital design, but you'll also have a bit of print under your belt. You’ll be able to plan and prioritise multiple projects and work with multiple stakeholders.

You will be:

  • Working with the marketing and digital teams to give campaigns unique and thoughtful identities
  • Creating landing pages, social assets and email templates
  • Contributing to website UX and optimisation
  • Designing for print
  • Balancing the needs of a variety of projects, working with stakeholders to understand briefs and plan time
  • Ensuring that both brands deliver on purpose and are visually recognisable while still allowing for creativity
  • Ensuring projects run to time by being aware of the end to end, from concepts through execution (whether print or online build), reviews and proofing
  • Constantly seeking to learn and thinking of new approaches to problems or opportunities. Staying on top of the latest trends and continually improving the brand

Person specification

  • 4-6 years’ experience in a commercial context, either in-house or within an agency
  • Full breadth of delivery from concept to finished execution in print, web and other digital assets (social, email)
  • Experience working with digital improvement, website optimisation and UX
  • Artworking
  • Project ownership and multi-stakeholder management
  • Brand growth and development

  • £27-32k, depending on experience
  • A special place to work: a colourful, upcycled, recycled, open plan office on Bristol’s buzzing harbourside
  • 25 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays
  • Annual budget to spend on 'familiarising' yourself with our special places
  • Regular company-wide lunches
  • Occasional travel (within Europe) to visit our places
  • An office choir to join (not compulsory)
  • A concert grand piano to play (if you like)
